Rentals Available

Indian Skies RV Resort has coaches available for rent.  They are very clean, practically spotless. Availability is limited and rates vary so contact us for more information on rental units. We also have a limited quantity of coaches for sale!

Rules

1. Cancellations must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the reservation date and no later than December 1 of the current year.  There is a $25 cancellation fee for all refunds.

2. Check out time is 12 noon

3. Children under 18 years of age are welcome, their stay cannot exceed 2 weeks at any one given time.  Children must be supervised at all times.  No one under 18 is allowed in the Pool Table Room, Therapy Pool or use of the shuffleboard courts.  The swimming pool for children 5 years or older are 11 AM to 1 PM.  All children must abide by rules posted in the pool area and must be accompanied an adult that can swim.

4. Electric service is billed the first week of each month and placed in your mailbox.  You are responsible for payment regardless of who is occupying the unit.  All electrical cords and connections must be UL approved and meet City of Coolidge Code.

5. A Mailbox is provided for each space.  A five dollar refundable fee is charged for the key.  Messages are placed in your mailbox, unless they are emergencies.

6. Laundry Facilities are coin operated.  Please read instructions on washers and dryers.  Observe all rules posted in the laundry room.  No additional washers and dryers will be allowed at resident spaces.

7. Parking spaces are provide for each space.  Each space has room for one automotive vehicle.  No extended parking on the street.  Designated parking around the club house is for those using the recreational facilities.  It is not to be used for storage or overnight parking.  From October 1 to May 1 residents are not to park in empty lots or other people's lots, without prior written approval from the site resident.

8. Office Hours are from 9 AM to 4:30 PM Monday thru Thursday, 9 AM to 4:00 PM Friday, 9 AM to 1:00 PM Saturday.  Closed on Sunday.  Summer Hours are posted.

9. Pets are allowed only on pet row and must be leashed at all times.  Please clean up after you pet.

10. Sewer connections are available and must be of an approved type.

11. Space Occupancy is limited to one unit per space.  Additional RV's cannot be occupied on the space.  Permission can be obtained for a period of two days for on site loading, unloading, or transfer of property.

12. Swimming Pools and therapy pools are for residents and their registered guests only.  No glass containers poolside.  No diving.  Please observe all pool rules posted poolside.

13. Trailers:  Management reserves the right to approve all RV's requesting spaces.  Your trailer must be manufactured with modern vented plumbing.  Self-contained or direct hookups only.  No Tents.

14. Underground cables are located throughout the park please check with office before undertaking any digging on your space.

15. Water is very precious and expensive in the desert.  Please conserve your water usage.  Residents must provide pressure regulators for their units as needed.

16. Infringement of any Indian Skies rules will result in a written notice.  After three notices, Indian Skies has the option to evict said persons from the park.  No refunds on evictions.
